Dannenberg v. State

956 So. 2d 559, 2007 Fla. App. LEXIS 8159, 2007 WL 1514767
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided May 25, 2007·No. No. 5D07-676·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s denial of Dannenburg’s motion for jail time credit because the motion was facially insufficient. However, we caution the trial court that it is the responsibility of the court, not the Lake County jail, to calculate jail time credit.

AFFIRMED.

GRIFFIN, TORPY and EVANDER, JJ., concur.
