In an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien, defendants Malluzzo Construction Co., Inc., Coach 'N Four Manor, Inc., and the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 23, 1977, which, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of plaintiff. Judgment affirmed, with costs, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Ruskin at Special Term. Margett, J. P., Damiani, Shapiro and Titone, JJ., concur.
