Opinion

Action to recover damages for personal injuries subsequently resulting in death, sustained by Sarah Daninhirsch when she fell down a stairway in defendant’s premises. Order removing this action from the Municipal Court of the City of New York to the Supreme Court, Bungs county, and granting leave to plaintiffs to serve an amended supplemental summons and complaint, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
