Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiff was struck by defendant’s automobile. Order granting reargument and upon reargument granting plaintiff's motion for a preference, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
