Appeal by defendant from a judgment granting specific performance of an oral agreement, made by defendant’s intestate, to bequeath to the infant plaintiff's all the property, real and personal, of which he died seized. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Tompkins,' Davis and Johnston, JJ.
