In view of the foregoing, the Opinion and Award filed by the Full Commission on 13 September 1995 is hereby stayed pending a decision by the North Carolina Supreme Court at which time the Opinion and Award will be reinstated or modified in accordance with that Court's decision.
No costs are assessed at this time.
