Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concur. (The order denies defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint in an action to recover damages sustained by reason of the flooding of plaintiffs’ farm land resulting from altering the flow of water in a creek.)
