Order reversed, without costs, and matter remitted to Supreme Court, Kings County, with directions to dismiss the proceeding for mootness. The issue presented as to the failure to provide appropriate long-term cáre to the adjudicated neglected child has become moot in view of the uncontradicted written communication to this court that the commissioner has provided such care.
