For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Freeman v. Harold Dickey Transportation, Inc., et al., 467 So.2d 194 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1985), wherein a separate decision is rendered this day, the judgment is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant, Harold Dickey Transport, Inc., et al.
