For the reasons stated in the companion ease of James R. Townley, Jr. v. City of Iowa, et al., 97-493 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/29/97), 702 So.2d 323, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
All costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiff-appellant.
