In this divorce action, order granting defendant’s motion directing the plaintiff to pay to the defendant the sum of $15 per week for the maintenance and support of a child whose legitimacy is brought into question, during the pendency of this action, and denying plaintiff’s cross motion for a bill of particulars, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
