Opinion
Action on the case brought by the plaintiff, a boy 19 years of age, to recover damages to his left hand while in the employment of the defendant. This case has been before the Law Court once before. (See 107 Maine, 528.) At the conclusion of the evidence in the second trial the presiding Justice ordered a verdict for the defendant and the plaintiff excepted.
