AFTER REMANDMENT

TAYLOR, Judge.

This case is reversed and remanded to the circuit court in compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Curry, 471 So.2d 476 (Ala.1984).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
