Opinion

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Van Kirk, P. J., and Rhodes, J., who dissent and vote for reversal and for a new trial on the ground that the plaintiff was negligent in that there was not the required lateral light upon this truck and that it was a contributing cause of the accident.
