Cunningham v. State
293 So. 2d 377, 1974 Fla. App. LEXIS 7625
Opinion
We affirm appellant’s bribery conviction upon authority of Zalla v. State, 61 So.2d 649 (Fla.1952) and Glasgow v. State, 292 So.2d 370 (4th D.C.A. Fla.1974). Clearly the police officer here involved had the [378] ability and the official capacity within his line of duty to warn of impending gambling raids, all to the appellant’s advantage.
Affirmed.
