Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s bribery conviction upon authority of Zalla v. State, 61 So.2d 649 (Fla.1952) and Glasgow v. State, 292 So.2d 370 (4th D.C.A. Fla.1974). Clearly the police officer here involved had the [378]*378ability and the official capacity within his line of duty to warn of impending gambling raids, all to the appellant’s advantage.

Affirmed.

WALDEN, MAGER and DOWNEY, JJ-, concur.
