Opinion

Soil Bank payments. Upon consideration of defendant’s motion for summary judgment, together with oral argument by counsel, it was ordered that defendant’s motion be granted and plaintiff’s petition dismissed, the court being of the opinion that the action of the A.S.C. Committee was in effect a termination of the agreement, and that consequently this court lacks jurisdiction, Soil Bank Act, 7 U.S.C. (1958) § 1821(a) (i).
