In proceedings to quash subpoenas duces tecum, petitioners appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 22, 1978, which, inter alia, denied the applications. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. We have considered all of the questions raised by appellants and find them to be without merit under the circumstances of this case. Martuscello, J. P., Rabin, Shapiro and Margett, JJ., concur.
