Opinion

Action to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff as the result of a collision between the car he was driving and a car driven by defendant McKean and owned by defendant Yorsteg. Judgment in favor of defendants and order denying plaintiff’s motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present-—Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Johnston, JJ.
