Upon Motion of Mr. Wright of Counsel for the Complainant, for Confirming the Decree of this Court in this Cause made the 19th Instant: The said Decree drawn up in Form was now read in the presence of the Defendants Counsel Consenting thereto, Whereupon It is Ordered That the said Decree be Confirmed and made absolute And the same was Signed accordingly.
