The question involved in this case is the same as in the case of George B. Conrad v. United States, L-485, decided this [285] date. [Post, p. 289.] For the reasons stated in that case, we hold that plaintiff is entitled to recover. •

Judgment will be entered in favor of plaintiff for $579.88. It is so ordered.
