Opinion

In re: Barbara Ann Carney Creech individually, and G. L. Creech applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 296 So.2d 387.

Writ denied. Our decision in the former injunction suit is now final, Creech v. Capitol Mack, Inc., 287 So.2d 497 (1974). That decision is res judicata. C.C.Arts. 2286, 3556(13). See Quarles v. Lewis, 226 La. 76, 75 So.2d 14 (1954) (Syllabus 2).
