Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The trial court denied a motion filed pursuant to Section 47.122, Florida Statutes (1981), to transfer venue from Palm Beach County to Dade County. We find no abuse of discretion and affirm. Hertz v. Rentz, 326 So.2d 216 (Fla. 4th DCA 1976).

AFFIRMED.
