Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellants Rock Creek Ranch I, LTD and Yellowstone River Ranch, d/b/a Diana’s Great Idea, LLC are dismissed from this appeal with prejudice. The caption is amended to reflect the current parties.
