Heard on motion to amend.

By mistake the name of the plaintiff was set out in the writ and declaration as Cranston Loan Company instead of the true name, Cranston Loan Company, Incorporated.

The case is governed by:

Plaine vs. Sandperil, 172 Atl. 330.

The motion to amend is granted.

The motion to dismiss is denied.
