Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Beisheim, J.), entered March 18, 1982, dismissed, without costs or disbursements. Said order was superseded by an order of the same court, entered May 14, 1982, upon reargument. Order entered May 14, 1982 affirmed, insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements. No opinion. Mangano, J. P., Gibbons, Gulotta and Thompson, JJ., concur.
