Opinion

McClendon, C. J.

This case is companion to cause No. 7585, Misses Emma and Susan McInnis, Appellants, v. Brown County Water improvement District No. 1, Appellee, this day decided, 41 S.W.(2d) 741. All of the questions raised in tills appeal were raised in cause No. 7585 and call for the same holdings. We affirm the trial court’s judgment in the instant case upon the authority of the judgment and opinion in cause No. 7585.

Affirmed.
