Opinion
This is an appeal from two orders of default entered against appellant for failure to answer timely the complaints filed against them by appellees. Because the record demonstrates the clerk’s defaults were nullities and the answers were filed before the court’s defaults were rendered, the answers were filed timely.
ORDERS QUASHED; REMANDED.
