Opinion

— In an action to set aside a lease of an apartment as fraudulent, and to recover the unpaid reasonable value of the use and occupation thereof, the court awarded judgment in favor of plaintiff. Judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
