ORDER
It is ordered that the Honorable George C. Connolly, Judge, Division “J” of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans permit defendant to use the videotaped deposition of Dr. William Sternberg in lieu of the reading of the written deposition to the jury. See Article 1453 C.C.P.
