Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered February 8, 1979 in Albany County, which granted plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery and inspection of the defendant. Order affirmed, with costs. (See Caprara v Chrysler Corp., 71 AD2d 515.) Mahoney, P. J., Kane, Main, Mikoll and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
