In an action to recover moneys allegedly due pursuant to contractual obligations, defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 7, 1976, which is in favor of plaintiffs, after a nonjury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs to respondent County of Westchester, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Donohoe at Trial Term. Latham, J. P., Cohalan, Damiani and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
