Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have reviewed the authorities cited by the parties together with the United States Supreme Court’s recent holding in Florida v. Royer, -U.S. -, 103 S.Ct. 1319, 75 L.Ed.2d 229 (1983). We conclude that the case should be affirmed on the authority of State v. Werner, 402 So.2d 386 (Fla.1981) and State v. Grant, 392 So.2d 1362 (Fla. 4th DCA), petition for review denied, 402 So.2d 610 (Fla.1981).

HURLEY and DELL, JJ., and PURDY, H. MARK, Associate Judge, concur.
