Opinion

PER CURIAM.

In this appeal, the Appellants challenge the trial court’s order entering final summary judgment in favor of Appellees. The record confirms that the trial court’s ruling was correct. We agree that there were no genuine issues of material fact and that the Appellees were entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.

AFFIRMED.

MONACO, C.J., PALMER and JACOBUS, JJ., concur.
