Opinion

In an action to avoid the provisions of a separation and an accompanying trust agreement, order granting in part and denying in part plaintiff’s motion to vacate appellants’ demand for a bill of particulars, modified by striking out the figure “ 15 ” from the first ordering paragraph. As thus modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
