Opinion

In a separation action, order granting plaintiff’s motion for temporary alimony and counsel fee modified on the facts, by reducing the alimony from $75 to $50 per week and, as thus modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. Under the circumstances disclosed by this record, the award of $75 weekly alimony is excessive. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
