We affirm the dismissal and certify conflict with Dye v. Security Pacific Financial Services, Inc., 828 So.2d 1089 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002). See Sewell Masonry Co. v. DCC Constr., Inc., 862 So.2d 893, 899 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003).

Affirmed; conflict certified.
