Opinion

In an action by the plaintiff wife to recover damages sustained when she, a customer, fell on the floor of defendant’s store, and by her husband to recover for expenses and loss of services, order setting aside verdict in plaintiffs’ favor and granting a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Scudder, Tompkins and Johnston, JJ.
