AFTER REMANDMENT FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

TYSON, Judge.

This cause is reversed and remanded for a new trial on authority of Cordar v. State, 538 So.2d 1246 (Ala.1988), rehearing denied November 18, 1988.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
