Corbin v. Chase Home Finance, LLC

102 So. 3d 775, 2012 WL 6633965
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided December 21, 2012·No. No. 1D12-5129·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

DISMISSED. Appellants’ request that the appeal be stayed until such time that appellee obtains a final order is denied. See Demont v. Demont, 24 So.3d 699 (Fla. 1st DCA 2009)(dismissing appeal rather than allowing lower court to enter a final order where an indeterminate amount of judicial labor remained to be done before a final order could be entered).

PADOVANO, MARSTILLER, and SWANSON, JJ., concur.
