Opinion

The Court ordered 'the proceedings in this action to be stayed until the payment of the costs of a former action, brought by the plaintiff in the inferior Court of Common Pleas of the county of Monmouth, for the same cause, in which the plaintiff, after the close of the evidence, had submitted to a voluntary non-suit.*
