PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal of the circuit court’s denial of a petition for writ of mandamus. We treat the appeal as a petition for writ [722]*722of certiorari. Sheley v. Florida Parole Comm’n, 703 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), approved, 720 So.2d 216 (Fla.1998); Hickey v. Singletary, 732 So.2d 340 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998). The petition is DENIED.
