HOOD, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the case of Desormeaux v. Continental Insurance Company, La.App., 153 So.2d 128, which is being decided by us on this date, the judgment appealed from is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiff-appellant.

Affirmed.
