Opinion

Upon consideration of appellant’s motion to clarify order of voluntary dismissal, it is ordered that this Court’s order of July 16, 1987, 509 So.2d 936, voluntarily dismissing appeal 87-80 is vacated and the appeal is hereby reinstated. The above styled appeal 87-748 is voluntarily dismissed. Brief of appellant in case number 87-80 shall be due to be filed within thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
