MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT On September 17, 2024, and October 2, 2024, we warned Appellant that we would dismiss this appeal unless it paid the filing fee in accordance with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 12.1(b). Appellant still has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c), 43.2(f).

Appellant must pay all costs of this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.4.
