[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] JUDGMENT This case comes to the court by remand from the supreme court. Connecticut State Medical Society v. Commission on Hospitals and Health Care, 223 Conn. 450 (1992).

Pursuant to the decision of the supreme court, this court renders judgment as follows:

The defendant Commission is ordered to excise from its records the ZIP Code suffix in the patient data obtained from the plaintiff Medical Society.
