PER CURIAM.

Motion for an appeal from the Pulaski Circuit Court. Judgment of conviction for unlawfully selling spirituous, vinous and malt intoxicating liquors in local option territory. $60 fine and 30 days in jail.

Appeal denied. Judgment affirmed.
