We quash the decision in Community Federal Savings and Loan Association v. Orman, 446 So.2d 1129 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984), on the authority of David v. Sun Federal Savings and Loan Association, 461 So.2d 93 (Fla.1984).

It is so ordered.

ALDERMAN, McDONALD, EHRLICH and SHAW, JJ., concur. OVERTON, J., dissents with an opinion, in which BOYD, C.J., concurs.
