Opinion

PER CURIAM.

On consideration of the briefs, record and argument of counsel, we fail to find abuse of discretion on the part of the Comptroller as Head of the Department of Banking and Finance, in denying the Appellant’s application for a state chartered bank. Bigler v. Department of Banking & Finance, 368 So.2d 449 (Fla. 1st DCA 1979).

Accordingly, the order sought to be reviewed is AFFIRMED.

McCORD, C. J., and MELVIN and BOOTH, JJ., concur.
