Per Curiam:

The order of the court below is vacated and the record is remanded to the court below with instructions to hold a hearing at which appellant’s contentions relating to the absence of representation of counsel at trial may be determined. See Commonwealth ex rel. O’Lock v. Rundle, 415 Pa. 515, 204 A. 2d 439 (1964).
