Opinion

So much of the order revoking probation that finds the defendant violated his probation by committing the new offense of witness intimidation, and that he violated the no-contact condition of his probation, is vacated. In all other respects, the order is affirmed. The sentence is vacated, and the matter is remanded for resentencing in accordance with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
